Step 1: Provide Your Info — Become a LigitSale Merchant

Let’s get acquainted! To sell on LigitSale, first provide business details such as contact info, location, and the name of your business. This helps us verify your business and create your Merchant account.

Step 2: Craft a Campaign

After you submit your information, we’ll help you create your campaign. Typically you’ll get access to our self-service Campaign Manager where you can:

  • Structure your offer (discounts, limits, duration)
  • Write deal content and upload images
  • Choose launch date and voucher availability
  • See recommendations to improve deal performance

If your category needs a tailored approach, a LigitSale representative will contact you to build the right structure.

Step 3: Get Staff Ready & Spread the Word

Before launch you'll receive Merchant Center login details. Use this time to train staff on redemption methods, update scheduling and service flows, and promote your upcoming deal on social media to build local buzz.

Step 4: Celebrate Your Launch

On launch day, monitor orders via Merchant Center and be ready for customer inquiries. LigitSale handles promotion (site, email, social, SEO) while you focus on delivering great service and rebooking/upselling customers.
